Lee has over 30 years experience in public accounting, which includes a 10-year association with a national firm. He actively serves clients in retailing, construction, banking, and manufacturing, as well as nonprofit organizations and others. He has considerable experience in litigation support, business valuations, business acquisitions, sales and mergers, and assists clients with business plans, budgeting and cash flow analyses. more

Pat has over 30 years experience in public accounting. He maintains a general practice with concentrations and extensive experience in taxation, business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, wealth transfer, business transition, strategic planning, business valuations, litigation support, and business financing. He has served as an expert witness in numerous business valuations and marital dissolution proceedings. In the past he has served as a mediator to resolve disputed issues. He possesses a strong background in management consulting, particularly in assisting a business to focus on a long-term vision, and often helps both new and established business to obtain financing. more | Dan McCauley joined McCauley, Nicolas & Company, LLC in 1980 and was admitted as a member in 1989. He currently serves on the firm's Executive Committee and is a much sought after member of the Tax Department.
His practice is concentrated in all aspects of federal, state and local taxation, and he lectures on tax matters at firm-sponsored events and for other organizations. | | John Pieper joined McCauley, Nicolas & Company in 1981, and advanced to partner status in 1989. His experience in public accounting began with a national accounting firm. He serves on the firm's Quality Control Committee and lectures on accounting and audit related topics.
His practice is concentrated in audit, compilations and reviews of financial statements, and he has extensive experience in all facets of accounting for not-for profit organizations. more | Mike Grinnan joined McCauley, Nicolas & Company, LLC in 1982 and was admitted as a member in 1995. He is a member of the firm's Tax Department and Information Technology Committee.
Mike has a strong background in computers and taxes and concentrates heavily in taxation and business planning. He has successfully represented many clients in Federal and State tax audits, has obtained sales tax exemptions and property tax deductions for qualifying clients, and has been involved with the mergers and acquisitions of many businesses. He has presented seminars on business planning and tax related subjects to various industries and professional groups.
Mike recently fulfilled all of the requirements to obtain the prestigious "Certified Information Technology Professional" (CITP) designation from the AICPA. The CITP Credential distinguishes CPAs with expert technology proficiencies, certifies their credibility and establishes them as a premier provider of IT services. more | Kenny Adams joined McCauley, Nicolas & Company, LLC in 1985 and was admitted as a member in 2000. He heads the firm's Human Resources Department, is in charge of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for the entire staff, and serves on the firm's Information Technology Committee.
