We are proud to announce the addition of J. Ryan Blaney, CPA, to our accounting staff. Ryan came to us from Pricewaterhouse-
Coopers with extensive experience in the audit area. Accounting and auditing will be his focus and concentration at McCauley Nicolas as an Audit Manager. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds a Kentucky CPA license. He and his wife reside in Louisville. |

Dan McCauley, CPA, ABV, has been re-elected to serve as a member of PKF North American Network's Legal Services/Business Valuation Committee for 2008. Dan has previously served on PKF's Tax Committee and as Chairman of the Tax Strategies Task Force. Ronald F. Barnes, CPA, PFS, has been selected to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee for 2008. Ron is the former Chairman of PKF's Board of Directors.
PKF North American Network is a membership association comprised of 88 independent accounting and consulting firms in North America that are dedicated to serving middle-market businesses and individual clients.
Committee members are leaders in their field, with proven track records providing service and solutions to various industry clients, and they have been chosen based on their depth of knowledge and experience. Committee memberships in PKF provide opportunities to gain valuable industry information, such as benchmarking data, best practices and resources, and to learn from key insights of other professionals - nationwide, who also work very closely with their clients. |

Indiana Honors McCauley, Nicolas & Company, LLC, for 60 Years in Business

In 1990, the State of Indiana created "The Governor's Century and Half Century Business Awards" program to recognize Indiana businesses that have operated in the state for over 50 or 100 consecutive years. McCauley, Nicolas & Company, LLC, Certified Public Accountants & Advisors, celebrating its 60th year in business in 2006, was recognized for its long-time commitment to the state's economy as well as for outstanding and dedicated service to the community in which it is located. The awards program was held at the Indiana Statehouse Rotunda in Indianapolis on November 14 and included congratulatory remarks from Governor Mitch Daniels, Lt. Governor Becky Skillman, and Secretary of Commerce, Michael Maurer. Ken Nicolas accepted the prestigious award on behalf of McCauley Nicolas. |
